Although the northern portion of Wittman Regional Airport physically resides within the City of Oshkosh Wisconsin, the airport itself is managed by Winnebago County, the seat of government in the area. Through the leadership of County Board Chairman Shiloh Ramos, County Executive Mark Harris and Airport Director Jim Schell and his staff, Wittman is professionally managed to provide maximum benefit to the county and region.

The Winnebago County Board of Supervisors meets monthly, generally on the third Tuesday of each month, at 6:00 pm at the Winnebago County courthouse, 415 Jackson St., 4th Floor, Oshkosh, WI 54901.
